4 How long is each session?
Adjustable Presets: 5 / 10 / 15 / 20 minutes for each mode/wavelength.
We recommend a minimum of 10 minutes for a single-mode session and an operational “sweet spot” of 10–15 minutes for a single wavelength. Longer single sessions (15–20 minutes) are supported but should be used less frequently, especially when "stacking" sessions/wavelengths back to back.
For acne protocols, clinicians commonly use 4–5 sessions per week.

5 Is it cordless?
Yes — it’s rechargeable and cordless for
convenient at-home use.
Important safety note: Never use the mask while it is plugged in for charging. Use the supplied USB-C cable to charge between sessions and run sessions only on battery power.
6 Will it fit my face?
Yes — it’s designed to fit most faces.
The ION has two adjustable attachment points on each side (top and bottom straps) and an optional vertical support strap for extra stability. The mask includes removable eye pads that reduce light bleed and increase comfort over the eyes.
Note: when using the mask for the first time, take a moment to dial in the fit — adjust the top and bottom side straps and the vertical strap until the mask feels comfortably secure; a little trial and error is normal.

8 How do I clean it?
Quick care: Wipe the exterior with a soft, dry or lightly damp cloth. Do not submerge the mask or use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
