7. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

• Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout
• Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed
• Shipping costs are calculated based on order weight, size, and destination
• We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances beyond our control
7.3 Risk of Loss
• Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier

• We are not liable for lost or stolen packages after successful delivery confirmation
7.4 Undeliverable Packages
• Packages returned to us as undeliverable may be subject to restocking fees

• Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment
8. SUBSCRIPTION SERVICES

• ÉVEDÍA offers subscription programs for recurring product deliveries
• Subscription terms, pricing, and frequency are disclosed at the time of enrollment
• By enrolling in a subscription, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method
8.2 Subscription Billing
• Subscription charges occur automatically according to your selected billing cycle
• You will receive notification before each billing cycle

• Price changes will not affect your current billing cycle
8.3 Subscription Management
• You may manage your subscription through your account dashboard
• Changes to subscription frequency, products, or shipping address must be made before the next billing cycle
• We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate modification requests
8.4 Subscription Cancellation
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account or by contacting admin@evedia.com
• Cancellations must be submitted before the next billing cycle to avoid charges
• No refunds will be issued for the current billing period upon cancellation
• Cancellation confirmation will be sent via email
8.5 Subscription Pausing
• You may pause your subscription for up to 90 days
• Pause requests must be submitted before the next billing cycle
• Automatic billing will resume at the end of the pause period unless you cancel
9. RETURNS, EXCHANGES, AND REFUNDS
9.1 Return Policy
• We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery for unused, unopened products
• Products must be in original condition with all packaging, accessories, and documentation
• Used or opened products may not be eligible for return due to health and safety regulations
• Subscription products follow the same return policy
9.2 Return Process

• Return authorization must be obtained before sending products back
• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or defective product
• Include order number and reason for return with your package
9.3 Refunds
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days of receiving the returned item
• Shipping costs are non-refundable except in cases of defective products or shipping errors
• Restocking fees may apply to certain returns
9.4 Exchanges

• For exchanges, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order

• Warranty is void if products are modified, repaired by unauthorized parties, or used commercially
10.2 Warranty Claims
• To make a warranty claim, contact admin@evedia.com with proof of purchase
• We may require you to return the defective product at our expense
• Warranty remedies are limited to repair or replacement at our discretion
10.3 Disclaimer of Warranties
EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED IN SECTION 10.1, ALL PRODUCTS AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:
• Products will meet your specific requirements or expectations
• Products will achieve specific results for all users
• The website will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• Defects will be corrected
10.4 Medical Disclaimer
• ÉVEDÍA products are cosmetic devices and are not medical devices
• Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition

• DAMAGES RESULTING FROM UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO YOUR ACCOUNT
• DAMAGES RESULTING FROM ERRORS, INTERRUPTIONS, OR DELAYS
• DAMAGES ARISING FROM THIRD-PARTY SERVICES OR CONTENT
13.2 Limitation Amount
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SPECIFIC PRODUCT OR SERVICE THAT GAVE RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
13.3 State Limitations
Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of implied warranties or liability for incidental or consequential damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
14. INDEMNIFICATION

15. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of our products or services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association's Consumer Arbitration Rules.
Arbitration will take place in Jacksonville, Florida, or another mutually agreeable location. The arbitrator's decision is final and binding.
ARBITRATION MEANS YOU WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL AND TO PARTICIPATE IN CLASS ACTIONS.
15.4 Exceptions to Arbitration
The following disputes are not subject to arbitration:
• Individual disputes in small claims court
• Intellectual property disputes
• Claims seeking injunctive relief
15.5 Class Action Waiver
You agree that disputes will be resolved on an individual basis only. You waive any right to participate in class actions or class-wide arbitration.
16. TERMINATION

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting admin@evedia.com. Termination does not relieve you of obligations incurred prior to termination.
16.2 Termination by ÉVEDÍA
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to our services at any time for:
• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
• Extended periods of inactivity
• Any other reason at our discretion
16.3 Effects of Termination
Upon termination:
• Your right to access our services ceases immediately
• We may delete your account and data

• Outstanding payment obligations remain due
