30-Day Risk-Free Trial — ION LED Face Mask

The ION LED Face Mask is covered by a 30-day risk-free trial from the date of delivery. You may return it whether or not you have used it — we would rather you actually try it than wonder. We pay return shipping. Please return the mask with its controller, cable and any included accessories. One trial return per customer or household.

Returns — serums, sheet masks and eye patches

Unopened consumables may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. For health and safety reasons we cannot resell opened skincare, so opened consumables are not generally returnable. That said — if something arrives damaged, is defective, or simply isn't right for you, email info@evedia.com and we will work with you to make it right.

How to start a return

Email info@evedia.com. We will send a return authorization and, where we are covering it, a prepaid label. Please include your order number. Returns sent without authorization may be delayed.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the return. Original shipping charges are refunded where the return is due to our error or a defective product. We do not charge restocking fees.

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. Return the original item for a refund and place a new order, or contact us and we will help.

Damaged or defective items

Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us within 7 days of delivery if anything is damaged or defective. We may ask for photographs. We will replace or refund the item.

ION LED Face Mask warranty

The EVEDIA ION LED Face Mask is warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for two (2) years from the date of delivery. This covers manufacturing defects only and is separate from the 30-day risk-free trial. It does not cover damage from misuse, accident, or failure to follow instructions, and is void if the product is modified or repaired by unauthorized parties. Consumable products are not covered by this warranty.

Gift cards

Gift cards are non-refundable once delivered.

Fair use

These policies are written to be generous, and we would rather be too accommodating than not enough. We reserve the right to limit or decline returns where there is evidence of abuse, resale, or a pattern of excessive returns.
