Your ION LED Face Mask is covered by a two-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, from the date it was delivered.
Registering keeps your purchase on file with us, so if you ever need support or a warranty claim we can help straight away without you hunting for a receipt. It takes about a minute.
What the warranty covers
- Defects in materials and workmanship for two years from delivery
- Manufacturing defects only — this is separate from the 30-day risk-free trial
- Remedy is repair or replacement, at our discretion
What it doesn't cover
- Damage from misuse, abuse, accident, or not following the instructions
- Devices that have been modified, repaired by someone else, or used commercially
- Serums, masks and eye patches — consumables aren't covered by the device warranty
To make a claim, email info@evedia.com with your proof of purchase. We may ask you to send the device back, at our expense.
