How to actually judge an LED mask
Most masks sold online glow red and call it light therapy. But a single red wavelength only works at the surface. What changes skin over time is depth and range — multiple wavelengths, including near-infrared, that reach past the surface to where collagen and renewal happen.
- How many wavelengths? One color does one thing. Evedia uses four (415–850nm).
- Does it include near-infrared? This is the wavelength that reaches the dermis. Most masks skip it. Evedia includes two.
